Q: Do you have a payment plan?
A: No payment plan is available. We accept Mastercard and Visa and PayPal. Payment may also be made by mail.
Q: Can I buy a handle and mount it myself?
A: Handles are not sold unmounted. There are several reasons for this but the primary one is that an improperly mounted handle is dangerous.
Q: Can you give me a shipping cost?
A: Go through the order process and you will be given shipping options before final checkout. This will give you the exact amount of shipping and method of your choice. You don't have to use your real name but the address must be correct. Just close your browser after you get the cost and the order won't be completed.
Q: Can I send you my blade to be mounted?
A: Customer supplied blades present variables that are very time consuming. The requirements for tangs to fit the handles, tsubas and mounting jigs are exact. we take this as a case by case and the cost reflects the process.
Q: Are the handles removable?
A: Handles are not removable. Traditional removal for oiling is not required as the tangs are completely sealed and dirt and moisture can't get in. It is possible for a handle to be built to be removed but the cost is extremely high. Contact me if you seriously need this as an option.
Q: Can I supply a tsuba?
A: It depends on the tsuba. Please contact us if you desire this at an additional cost.
Q: I bought one of your swords on eBay or from a private party, can you tell me anything about it?
A: Probably not. we don't reveal any information about our customers and we only offer support to the original purchaser.
Q: Can you replace my missing saya?
A: We can attempt repairs to an existing saya for the original customer but we don't carry extras for lost saya. This happens more often than not to re-sold swords.
Q: Can you replace my lost Certificate of Authenticity?
